Jax Graduates May 2012

On Wednesday the 23rd of May, Jax graduated from her pre-school.  She has attended the pre-school at the Bethel Luthren Church in Manassas.  It has been a great experience for her and she learned so much.

Cherry and I were invited to attend the festivities.

The students marched into the chapel two by two with flags.

The three classes joined together and sang a number of songs they had learned during the school year.  The songs related to various holidays and celebrations, so there were Christmas songs, patriotic songs, and so one.  The teacher that taught them is their stake Relief Society President and so they sang a number of songs from the Children's Song Book used in Primary.  It was really cute to see them and of course Jax is such a singer she really got into it.

Sophie Breaks her collar bone.

We got an e-mail from Heather asking us to call her about a week ago.  With the e-mail she sent this picture.  When we finally saw it and call, it turned out that over the weekend, Sophie had rolled over in her bed and fell out onto the floor.  She landed wrong and broke her collar bone.  She will be in the brace for 4 to six weeks.

Poor Sophie,  we feel so bad for her.
